Outcome #6

Control sentence-level error (grammar, punctuation, spelling)

Something I have greatly improved, in my opinion, is my sentence level structures. I still make small grammar errors here and there that I won’t catch. But that is what peer review is for. On the other hand, I have been able to cut down on run on sentences/paragraphs. I learned how to cut it to the point by deleting a lot of unnecessary words to make it sound short and sweet. Unfortunately, If I spend a lot of time consecutively working on an essay I tend to skip over a lot of small mistakes that take points off and ruin my hard work I put so much effort into.

Body paragraph from essay #2

In this essay, I chose to fit all three required quotes in one paragraph.

Body paragraph from essay #3

In this essay, I decided to go a different route. Instead of forcing all three quotes in one paragraph, making it giant, I chose to make a Naysayer paragraph. This prevented long, doze-off worthy paragraphs.
