Hello, my name is Angelina Keizer. I was born and raised right outside of Boston in Peabody, Massachusetts. I graduated from Essex Agricultural and Technical High School in Middleton, MA, where I studied animal care. I am a second-year English student with a concentration in Writing at the University of New England, located in Biddeford, Maine.

I’ve always had great passion when it comes to writing, but it wasn’t until college that I realized just how passionate I truly am about it. 

I recently completed an internship with Saco Bay News and currently have an internship with Sanford Springvale News, where I’m obtaining some real-world experience of what it takes to be a journalist. In addition, I take part in my school’s newspaper. My coursework and personal writing practices have helped further develop my writing skills. 

My ambition is to become a professional journalist. I am not yet set on what it is I want to focus writing on, but I enjoy writing about just about anything there is, and am open to many options. I’m looking forward to diving deep into my studies and being able to contribute to the journalism world in meaningful ways!
